Getting a User Account

To get an account visit the server relevant to your local institution. These all need at least a name for your avatar, a password and contact information. The Otago Portal also requires you to supply your real name and information about your institution and department. We may refuse a request if this is not accurate or seems to be too unrelated to the target use of our simulator. If you already run your own grid do feel free to hyperlink to us.

User account requests must be approved by an administrator. Be aware that your application may not be immediately checked, especially outside normal office hours. However we usually respond to requests within 24 hours during a working week. You will be notified by email.
